Tae Kwon Do or the way of the hand and foot has become a way of life for me. But it was not until I gave my life over to the Lord that I found true happiness.

House of the Rock Training Center at New Bethel in Croton is dedicated to building character, discipline, respect, and humility all while including the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in our every day experiences and prayers.

I thank the Lord for all of the wonderful abilities that he has given to us. I pray every day that he will use each one of us to help one another achieve our goals.

It is our committment to help all of our students become stronger physically, mentally, and spiritually. Self discipline, control, and respect for others are among the important valuable lessons that we teach our students.
